Does anyone know what the story is with this place since building completed? I've been trying to get a contact number for it but there's nothing in the telephone directory and all the information on the web is outdated. Is the place even open for business these days?

No the hotel has been closed for 7 or 8 years at this stage, since well before the building work started.
