Aside from ants, what other pests do I need to know about? Also, what's the best stuff to ensure ants don't come in?

The place I'm camping at is at a metal festival called "Hellfest". I assume the best option is to pack up the tent each day, or do you leave it there: is it safe to leave it there, or is it best to carry it around with you?
