If you takes it that it's a manager of a british Club, then Roy's in the list, if you don't limit the category of game, then I'm sure Steve McClaren played in training games with David at ManU.

And if u limit to full "cap" ranking international and club matches, with managers qualified for England/Scotland/Wales only, then the answer is more than 6 anyhows.
