Anyone heard this tune? It's ridiculously good imo. Anything he's put out has been quality. Just hope I'm not sick of it by the end of the summer......

Yeah I wouldnt be big into this and I really love some of the stuff Jamie Jones has put out over the last 2 years.

I think its just a hyped tune really that people have billed as being huge so everyone jumps on the bandwagon.

Everyones entitled to their opinions - just find the vocal very catchy. Reckon it'll be as big as "grindhouse" was last summer............

his other productions i know of are; "911" which has a very funny vocal, and "kaskazi" which was produced in collaboration with Simn Baker (who did "plastik". 2 great producers to look out for lads.....

I normally love jamie jones but im really not feeling this track, sounds like a second class attempt at making a set troxler style track, wouldnt tip it for the summer really

IMO this is a winner. the vocals vocals don't do it for me but the dub mix is class

Have to say that I hate this Summertime tune.

Heard it the other day & thought that it'll be all over UK Radio 1 this Summer.. Just like Heater or something.

He may as well have called it "Merry Christmas".. Such a marketing ploy.


Are you Sudated? is his best tune IMO..

To be honest i though heater was a class tune aswell. Dunno that other one I'll have to check it out. R u sure u didnt hear the duib version? Cuz i reckon it's ****e without the lyrics tbh....

God I absolutely hated that Samin - Heater tune. Cringeworthy Acordion music with a beat to it. So many people really loved it though! I did not understand why...

Yeah.. Heater was / is good - until it got absolutely rinsed out of it.



What I mean is that "Summertime" definitely has crossover potential.. and could be as popular as Heater was.

Its the one with the Lyrics that I dont like. It just sounds too yaG for me.

I still think it maintaines an underground sound, doubt it'll get much radio play outside ofn radio 1.

Yeah.. He's got it with that one alright. I listen to UK Radio 1 during the day.. & its constantly on.

Both the Original & Deadmau5 versions.


He's meant to be doing a new one with Dizzee Rascal. If its out this summer it'll be a profitable year for him.

There had to be a minimal crossover "hit" at some point.
