You could say your on a course of antibiotics (they won't work if you drink).

Use the standard 'Nah sorry, I'm on medication, alcohol stops it working' thing.

You could jus tell em u don't want to drink because u simply don't. Sayin ur on anti-biotics may start unwanted rumors. I think they'll respect u more for tellin the truth.

If u do say ur on antibiotics make sure u have a cover storey for what they are for in case sum1 asks.

    Enjoy the trip btw

yeah i'd go with the anti biotics. it would be great to be able to speak the truth and say you don't want to but I remember how hard that was at that age because its the time where teenagers start experimenting with alcohol and they might only try pressure you into drinking with the whole don't be a bore speech I used to get.

Just tell them you don't want to drink. Easier to tell the truth imo. I didn't drink until I was nineteen. If you just say you don't want to and are firm about it then they won't push you on it. The antiboitics thing will only work for this trip so I'd just be inclined to say you don't want to drink.

(Even tell them you hate the taste of alcohol if you feel it would make it easier for you).

Trips like this generally start with plans like this. I doubt ye'll get a chance to drink and imho, it'll just end up being a few. I can honestly say not everyone plans to drink.
