CPD 2009 how do ACCA industry people manage

Working in industry-trying to decide how to come up with 21 verifiable CPD units without spending a whole lot of money on it... I know there is some ACCA stuff available online but does anybody have any other cost-effective suggestions? Employer may not be in a position to pay course fees.... How do other people complete…
