Skew and multi lnb questions

So, at the moment, I have 5 lnbs hanging off the end of my dish pointing at 5W, 1W, 5E, 13E and 19E and they're set up reasonably well and all but the very odd channels stay watchable even in the rain, I set them all up with one of those cheapo satmeters and adjusted Skew by trial and error.

So, I'm looking at Dishpointer tonight and it appears as if some of my Skew settings may be off, I get the idea of setting it if the LNB is at the 'proper' position on the dish but what about the LNB's that are way off centre e.g. 19E which is a full 20 degrees off axis, would this affect the quoted value with the actual value i.e. if it's coming in and bouncing 40 degrees before it hits the LNB does it get twisted (Skewed) more (or less as the case may be) and if not then is the Skew setting of 0 degrees when the LNB is perpendicular with the multiblock (multi lnb) holder which in itself is not horizontal. Or is 0 degrees when it is perpendicular to the ground?

Or am I just overthinking it all?

Look at QUALITY bar and adjust Skew slowly.

Since the dish is not on a polar mount the starting point is the regular setting (for YOUR location).

at extreme east or west, it will need tweaked a little, very slowly (watch QUALITY, not Signal)

Thanks, yeah, that's what I did when setting it up.

Just me overthinking things again
