Cannot find hard drive

    Hi

    I am having a bit of a problem at the moment. I have an dell inspiron 9200 and recently attempted to put windows 7 onto it but it wouldnt work. I then went back to xp and attempted to install windows 7 again but it still wouldnt work. I tried this a few times and got as far as the boot screen and the only option was to boot windows 7(which wouldnt work) the option to boot xp wasnt there. I then decided to do a fresh install of xp from the recovery cd and that worked fine. I have now everything up and running again except i cannot find on of my internal hard drives in disk management. I have checked the connections and they seem to be fine it definately has power going through it but i just cant find it at all! can anyone help??

    Apologies in advance for my poor explanation but im a bit hungover!!:eek:
