Tesco - 12 x 1.25L Coke. €8.99

Tesco in wilton (cork) have 12 share size bottles of coke for €8.99. Not sure if it's in all tescos but there's still some left up there.

That's 15 litres for €9 or 60cent a litre. Handy for stocking up . It's dated September 2009.

They also still have plenty of the six packs of cans on buy one get one free. 12 cans for €3.43

Yeah Dundrum had them yesterday and Prussia St in Dublin 7 has them too.

My local Centra in Cabra stocked up last week and started selling the bottles off at €1 a go. Sickening.

What a deal though!

Whats up with that?? If you went in to buy the small 500ml bottles you would be paying €1-40 'ish each. All the smaller places are going to have different offers & prices. The tesco price is based on buying 12 bottles, you would expect 1 only to cost more than 1/12th of the tesco price.

Thanks OP.
Just got a pack in Tesco Mahon Point. They're just in front of you as you come in the main door, under the "Deal of the week" sign. Had both diet and regular coke.

But seeing as Dunnes are doing 2ltrs for 99c, it looks like Tesco's are ripping us off!

It's not often that I'd agree with The Groutch, but I do on this case.

Everyone's a winner if a local shop did this.
The shop make a few cents on ever bottle sold, and the customer is saving by only paying €1 for the bottle.
My local Mace has 500ml bottles of coke for €1.40. If they were selling the 1.25ltr bottles for €1, I know what I'd be buying...regardless of where they bought them.

Was gonna suggest this, but didn't want to sound like an addict!

It doesn't even need to be a sticky as such. Just a particular thread that all Coke/soft drinks bargains are posted...like the Dell Laptop/Desktop threads.
