Came across this little gem of a movie on BBC 4 tonight as part of their "irish" season".

I must say i was pleasantly surprised by it, almost noir in its style and sense of humour it follows the story of Tommy McGann after he returns home to find he may have killed his girlfriend in an earlier argument.

Well acted for the most part, enjoyably witty and brilliantly shot in places.
