remotely managing services.msc on another computer

i know this can be done by connecting to another computer via computer management.
but this only works if the account your currently signed in on has privleges on the other computer.

How do i managed services.msc remotely on a computer with a differnt username and password than on the local pc but a username and password that i know.

start - run - mmc

save to desktop
right click run as ( the user you require)
Then add the service snap in on remote computer
