    Ok, heres the scoop.

    I'm looking for a few acoustic artists preferably, who are looking to get a demo or two recorded, but don't want to / can't afford to spend €200 plus on a studio and engineer.

    I'm NOT an engineer, but have been recording my own songs for the past 2years, and have been using the good quality equipment I have now for the past 5 months, and I'm looking ro earn some experience and a small amount of money to try keep me going in these recessional times.:oI have a small home studio set up, very good quality, tho basic equipment. I run Ableton Live 7 and Reason programs on my laptop.

    I'll do a day of say, 4 hours recording for €40, then spend a week or so working on the song.

    I'm primarily looking for acoustic acts (i.e no drum kits) to get started with.

    I'm also a musician myself as you could imagine from the above, and I can suggest overdubs, or add guitar / bass / keyboards / backing vocals if youd wish / require.

    Based in North Dublin = Donaghmede.

    Please dont reply to this critiscicing why people shouldnt do it or anything, its cheap recording for a demo! Something for the myspace page, and to send to labels etc. (Labels prefer Demos. not masters)

    ^ Wheres the oddity? I'm not an engineer, but I wouldn't just record someone in an hour and leave them with whatever they have or havent got from that.
