One of the topics that will be explored is that of the KU - Uke-Waza drill, this drill, referred to as the "quadrant-drill, brings together no fewer than twenty-nine different ways of effectively receiving kicks, knee and elbow strikes, head-butts, and every kind of punch imaginable including the "sucker" punch.

    Level 1.

    Hi Guys,

Thanks for your interest, we have a full house at the moment, but if you are still interested, I have started a reserve list, in case anyone drops out before Sunday.

    Thanks again
