When are you ever going to fix it?

    Hi,
    I recently bought a phone.
It broke, brought it back after 31 days. Was told they wouldn't give me a replacement as it was after 30 days. They have had the phone for two weeks and still haven't fixed it.

How long are they legally allowed to take to fix the thing?

Note: as you have probably gathered. I am extremly p*ssed off with them.

They get all stickly about being over 30 days so not giving me an immediate replacement but yet they can take as long as they want to fix the stupid thing.

    Any ideas? Suggestions?

Did you sign anything when handing it over for repair?

Have you called the repair company with your IMEI? They should be able to give you an update..
