    CWD is an odd little thing too. Have heard roe and muntjac venison is exceptionally tasty. Only had sika and fallow myself. Any truth in that?

    muntjac is very nice, but a low land sika calf would give any of them a run .

    really depends what the animal is feeding on and where it is living .

    Have had roe in Germany several times - it really is a delicacy.

    In my (limited) experiance, though I have eaten Red/Fallow and Sika -JW is on the money very tasty :pac::pac:
