Hi - I want to visit Copenhagen for a weekend some time in June but I can't find decent price flights. Aer Lingus or Ryanair don't fly there and the cheapest on ebookers is SAS at 320 euro...very steep for what's a short hop flight. Anyone got any suggestions?

    Cheers.

You can fly RyanAir Dublin - Billund (North Denmark) and get the train down. The trains are frequent and cost about 60euro return but it takes about 3.5 hours which is a long time if you're only going for a weekend. Although Legoland is in Billund and is worth a look regardless how old you are:D!

    or

Look for cheap flights to Malmo, Sweden, and get the bus or flying boat accross. Much closer than Billund. Bus frequent and cheap.

    or try this link

I've been to Copenhagen many times and its a fantastic city. Enjoy

Or take Ryanair Dublin-London, then Sleazyjet from London to Copenhagen...

SAS are the only direct routing, and your big issue is weekend and June - both extremely popular times, when combined = expensive fares. Especially at this late stage.

    Dublin - Malmo (ryanair)
Malmo - Copanhagan (train 40 mins)

The only way, if only to see the savage bridge!
