    Howdi,

I am looking for pay as you go spinning classes in and around the city center or on the southside of Dublin. Already have Markievitz leisure centre but times do not suit. Thanks in advance

Sports Co. have the 'official' Spinning Programme (with all the energy zones, heart rate monitoring etc that goes with it)... they have a 'base membership' and then you can pay as you use for just the classes as far as I understand

They are down beside Ringsend if that's handy? Check their Fitness Timetable for times:

    Hi all,

Just to let you know that I attend spinning classes at christchurch that are pay as you go. Instructor is best I ever been with and I am spinning for six years now.

The website is www.mypersonaltrainer.ie and well worth the cash.

    Regards
    Peter

I know this is an old thread but hopefully someone can reply.

Does anybody know of spinning classes in the Capel Street Dublin 1 area? I only want spinning 2 or 3 times a week. No Gym or weights needed.

    Thanks.
