I have searched all over the site and can not find how to start a new thread. If there is a botton it is not obvious.

Normally there is not a "New Thread" botton at the top of the page.

There was something wrong with your account, which I've fixed but it shouldn't have been causing problems. What forums are you trying to start a thread in?
