Muay Thai - Waterford area

Is there a thai boxing gym running in the waterford area still??
Would anyone know times for training???

Hey

Waterford Muay Thai , is out at Westside Business Park, Old Kilmeaden Road.( same building as waterford judo club)
I know they train Saturdays at 12 but im not too sure on the times during the week. If you type Waterford Muay thai into google you'll get the contact details of the guys who run it.

i think they train monday and wednesday 6.00 - 7.30 and sat mornings are on at 11 defo liam and john know their stuff and are two sound blokes

Hi whitey21,
we train every monday and wednesday at 5.15 until 6.15 and 6.30 until 7.30 and saturday's 11.00 until 12.00 in the westside business park all these times are suitable for beginners and advanced as we split the class with two instructors there every session.
And tuesdays and thursdays out at my gym next to my house in kilmeaden at 7.30 until 9.15 its a more advanced class,

It's solid, great instruction and everyone is friendly. Will be popping back up again after my exams.

Ah thanks a million lads! Like dlofnep, i'll be pop out after exams!!!!:D Need to get back doin somethin, so am lookin forward to it alreay expescially since the auld belly is gettin a bit rounder!
Damn exams, and exam relaxing pints:P
