Cleaning my upper windows today, ladder went sideways and I fell 10 ft landing on my side. I ache all over, going to the bog is a huge painful effort. I dont think anything is broken, but I ache all over bordering on severe, could I have done anything internal ? I do weigh 17 stone ?
