King of Shaves Razor

    Bought the King of Shaves Razor last week, decided to try it out this evening bad idea, i'm covered in cuts and I'm unsure if the shave is as close as the gillett mach 3.

    Anyone else tried the King of Shaves Azor

    I tried one when they were first launched and found them comparable to a Fusion.

    I went to me local supermarket to get replacement razors for me mach 5 I was expecting to pay around €6 or something outrageous like that, it's been so long since I last shaved I couldn't remember the price. I almost got sick when I saw the price of €13 for 5. Beside them was a plastic bag with 5 of spars own brand disposables for 99c. Couldn't be happier, done the job perfectly well and I didn't even have any shaving gel, I just used shampoo.

    I bought the king of shaves one when I didn't have enough to replace the blades of my fusion, and it was a very bad idea. It's crap. I was fairly stubbly after it, and I prefer the way to gilette oves across my face, as in the way the blade can move.

    ive been using king of shaves products now for about 8years. Unfortunatly ive to shave monday to friday. Ive found the small bottle of shaving oil brilliant ( i swear by it actually just use more than 1-2 drops ) and there shaving gels are great. So anyway, i was usin wilkinson sword quattro but replacement blades are pricey. While in boots i managed to see the king of shaves razor. Thinkin that it couldnt be that bad after i so highly rate its other products i bought it and if it worked wohoo its 6 quid cheaper a pack of razors...... Id have had a better shave wit a spoon ! It left nicks all over my face which i havent done since i started shaving ( i got 3 blades wit the handle so i thought it might be me n the way im holding the handle but 3 weeks into it and still getting nicks) got shaving rash, 1 blade lasts 1 week where quattro 1 can last up to 2 and still bec better shave than that pile of muck. On monday mornings first shave of the week was a peach wit quattro, king of shaves on the other hand was a nitemare, couldnt cut through stubble it felt more like it was being pulled off and the weekend stubble clogged up blade (lucky i had an old toothbrush at hand or i would have been there all day) all in all a horrible shave ! And i hate shaving anyway but this makes it soul destroyin. This monday im going back to the quattros and will be emailing king of shaves my dismay. Hope this helps guys.... Or girls

    Using disposables would absolutely kill my my face, id prefer to use a cut throat that ive never used than the then ! Soap ..... Hard core ! Ya must have skin like sand paper !
