Looked like a great event, sex on wheels!! And great weather too. It's so uplifting to see so many people who care for their cars to such an extent. The poster who asked "What makes a classic?" should take note and be heartened. Nice pics too, thanks for taking the trouble!

im not that good with the camera, & its only a small digital one:(

but im sure their was someone else from on here at it with better piccies than i came up with .

their was a load of more cars that i never got around to taking pics of !

hell their was a 20 strong crowd of english ford fans that came over for this event , and their cars were spottless.
the green capri above was a stunner , pity i dident get a pic of the engine bay , it had a big essex plant in it & loads of other shiny bits :)

maybe its time to invest in a decent camera

That ZV 88xxx looks ridiculous on a car of that age, the year plate wouldn't have been anywhere near as bad...

Ric Wood full race spec, 3.2 litre i imagine, your talking about 10k in money. maybe only mid 200 horses but serious engine for what it is.

I cant remember the exact reason for the wheels being so wide, but afair it was due to the brakes, it was either go a wheel size larger, reduce the brakes size, or space the wheels out wide so as not to foul.
