I mentioned this in the new mods thread, but Anan1 rightly pointed out that it deserves its own thread.

Unkel and Peasant have stepped down as moderators of the motors forum, and any of the regulars here will know how much work they put in to keep this forum running smoothly.

So, thanks guys!

Absolutely right. There are many mods on boards who could learn much from these two. I for one am sorry to see them go, and trust their replacements can carry the baton in similar fashion.

There was a resuffle of everything and also ando is no longer mod in modified motors. The three lads here were way overworked so something had to give.

Also you're forgetting that Peasant is German therefore super efficient andbetween myself and Limerick Man alone we barely pass for one bad mod

EDIT; just saw the mods list. Good luck to them all. I only hope that they are as good as their predecessors at keeping their personal opinions and their moderators opinions from influencing each other.

Definitely a big thank you to you two ... after After Hours, I woulddn't be surprised if Motors is the busiest forum on boards.ie - and quite a hard one to keep an eye on. Ye've done a great job, and I'm sure if you decided to come back on board everyone would have you back in a heartbeat!
