Dodgy Mach 3 Blades?

    I bought a box of mach 3 blades off the dealers in town last week, they were, as you'd expect, in a sealed box, looked perfectly fine, the blades looked fine but these things don't shave you, rather tear the stubble from you by the root, surely they're not counterfeit BLADES? Anyone else come across this or am I imagining things?

    Jesus the box was even embossed and the blades even looked exactly like the real ones, ah well live an learn

    Aye, that's why they're cheap!

    I bought some from http://www.chemistdirect.co.uk/gillette-mach-3-turbo-cartridges-8-pack_1_1561.html for about half the price they are in the Supermarkets. 8 for £10.25 whereas superquinn had 8 for €21 and change.

    Yep definitely fakes. They gave me a few ingrown hairs which is what turned me on to DE shaving (so not a complete loss in the end :))
