Can anyone tell me what gates rynair uses at dublin for the Rome flight. Haven't travelled with them before from here and flight is at 6. 15 am so I'm afraid the old brain won't be awake so early!!
    Thanks in advance

Hi and Welcome to Boards.ie :-)

Do Ryanair always fly out for the same gate for each flight?

All Ryanair flights will go from the D pier. It's a long walk to get there, but you'll be spending a long time getting through the security checks before then anyway for a 6am flight.

If you leave it until the claimed 40mins that it will have said in your emails from Ryanair then you will definitely miss the flight.

Edit: I think they may still have a couple going from A actually, but it's the same direction and security is still the biggest issue as far as time is concerned.

thanks for the replies. It will give us a head start anyway. Will be at airport early and have only cabin luggage but will remember about the walk.

    Thanks again

Most Ryanair flights are from Pier D, but you could depart from any pier. D is the worst case scenario especially if you're at the furthest gate.

Just make sure that your one piece of cabin luggage is within the allowed dimensions. They can be quite strict about it sometimes. The dimensions should be in your confirmation email or on their website.
