Replacement EazyPass tag holder?

My gf sold her car last week and removed the EazyPass but not the holder (stuck solid to the windscreen). Anyone know where we can get a new holder? Its the small size tag, not the new massive one. Thanks!

EasyTrip is who look after those now, they'll just put one in the post FOC from experience.
