    Im doing some core strengthening at the moment, I know two sit up types, one where you lie on your back with your legs bent bringing ur hands up to your knees, and the other touching your heels moving side to side. Can anyone recommend any others? Also does anyone know any stretches for ye old gluteus maximus?
