I thought only your 'tash would have to come off?
As for work a long beard can be coiled up to keep it 'respectable' in the eyes of our employing overloards then brushed out to it's full glory when required.

3 out of the 4 members of mastodon have facial hair, or had last time I saw photos. Its clear that the amount of beard is directly proportional to the amount of 'fu.cking metal!!!!' a band contains. Case in point-clutch.

Nope, ya have to be completely clean shaven at the start of Movember, so that the focus is the 'tash...
I had grown the chin-beard out quite a bit, and tied it up with a little elastic band, but was told I had to remove it, as it counts as "facial jewellery"... >_<
