    Just a question in relation to Heinze Spagettii Hoops Are theese a yay or nay when tryin to get in shape

    NAY! the sauce is loaded with the sugar, and the hoops are just processed white flour.

    You could cook up proper wholemeal spaghetti and make proper tomato sauce, or most pasta sauces would not have as much sugar and be nicer. Dunno if there is a wholemeal version of normal spaghetti hoops out there, I am always surprised at all these "Healthy" ready meals you see, most might be low calorie but still using white rice and white pasta.

    Red kidney beans in a low cal curry sauce is a tasty alternative.

    I think its whole grain version, oh thanks may cut down on the old reliables :P

    There is a ridiculous amount of salt in those tins too.
