how do i get a handicap? i have been playing for awhile and i shoot in and around 20 over. i am 16. is it true they lower juniors handicaps faster?

how do i get a handicap?

i have been playing for awhile and i shoot in and around 20 over.

i am 16. is it true they lower juniors handicaps faster?

you have to join a club, and play 3+ rounds with a member marking your score, hand them in and the club will sort out your handicap
