    Not really the place for this so I'm locking it.

    I imagine if you say it in a non sleazy way you'd be fine. "Wow, those jeans look great on you!" Most girls would probably be fine with that whereas "Wow, those jeans make me want to nail you in the stinkhole" wouldn't get you very far.
