    Hey all,

I'm sure some/most of you are already aware of this but I found a really cool thing that I can do in conjunction with my bluetooth enabled car stereo and my Nokia N82.

I recently replaced my ageing stereo in my car for an all singing all dancing double DIN Pioneer Stereo that has bluetooth for hands free calls, amongst other things. The bluetooth function also allows for streaming audio from a bluetooth device that is capable of such things, N82 being such a device. However, I never really gave this any thought since I listen to MP3's on the stereo via the USB connection.

Now, here's the really cool thing. I'm living in the UK for the past 2 years and I miss listening to 2FM, Today FM etc. BBC Radio 1, although good just doesn't do it for me. I was playing about with my phone the other day looking at Internet Radio. I found that I could listen to 2FM through the Real Player software in built in to the phone over WiFi and more importantly 3G. Whilst stuck in traffic yesterday I was playing about with my stereo and switched the source to Bluetooth Audio and it connected to my phone. Eureka moment, I switched on the Internet Radio and started the 2FM stream and to a very happy surprise, I was then listening to 2FM on my car stereo in England :D I have an unlimited data plan with 3 (£5 a month) so I won't get stung for any hefty bills.

With the same token, you could pretty much listen to any radio station or stream any where in the world with this approach !!

Just thought I'd share my little happy experience

    TC
