Adaptor for charging USB device at socket???

Not sure I'm making sense, but bought this media player that is to be charged by plugging it into the PC via USB. As I was going to give this to someone in a hospital, who has no PC to charge the yoke, I was wondering is there an adapter or something I could get so it can be charged by plugging it into a socket? Not sure I'm making sense, but bought this media player that is to be charged by plugging it into the PC via USB.
