    dublin.city-centre-hotels.com also do good deals last min for dublin city. And you can book on the day too.

    To be honest, arrive and ring around. On valentines night I was looking for a room for guests and the late booking sites were pricey enough. Then on the evening, my guests saw black boards with rooms for 59 euro at blooms hotel, templebar !

    If you arrive, you will hammer out a good deal out of loads of places. Something like " I have just arrived - give me a good rate and I will come over"
