Advice on buying serve-over counter

    Hi there

I am going to look at a second hand refrigerated serve over counter and I have seen a photo of it and it looks perfect . However the dimensions will make it impossible to fit through my shop door. Does anyone know if these units can be dismantled easliy ? The make is Arneg R404 and it is 2.5 m long with a curved glass front. It will be a 3 hour journey to go to view this counter so I would prefer to have an idea before I make a wasted journey.

Many thanks in advance for any replies/suggestions!

Contact the supplier directly and ask? Let on like you're gonna buy one!

Are you buying from another shop or a dealer (ie Anglo Irish Ref)? A dealer should be able to tell you.

Generally speaking the glass is easy to remove, the ends less so. It really depends on the model, Arneg is the make, R404 is the gas used in it. Normally Arneg use City hames as their model reference i.e Berlino, Madrid etc
