    Helloo,
I've recently started throwing in assistance work with my SS routine. I'm gonna focus on abs and hamstrings to help my squats along, as i want to get that number higher. At the moment im doing ab pulldowns, SLDL and Lying leg curl. Im just wondering if anyone had any other exercises that could be good. And if i should do a split, or do all exercises every day?

I think the standard recommended assitance for abs is weighted decline sit-ups and weighted hyper extensions. Can't remember if thats Ripp or the SS wiki, but they say that is all you should need to do. 3 x 8-10 on each.
