    Just a reminder about Phil's course this weekend


    Friday 7.30 - 9.30pm MMA/No Gi

    Saturday 12.00-2.30pm Gi

    Cost 40 euro for one day, 75 euro for both

    Location: Defend U Ireland Training Studios

    A huge big thank you to everyone who came to Phil's seminar... all the lads from Balance Jiu Jitsu Ireland and those who travelled from other clubs. The atmosphere was brilliant, thanks lads... myself and Ray are chuffed that you all like our new studios as much as we do!

    A special thanks to Phil for another excellent seminar, and to Pat, one of Phil's blues who travelled with him and took part and rolled even though he was feeling really sick.

    Congrats to Ray (of course :D) but also to our 3 new blues Bren, Andy and Mike.... and to all those who got stripes!

    I've stuck some photos up on our 'Defend U Ireland' Facebook page, I'll try and get more up later if I get a chance.
