The sheer volume of tickets for Heineken Cup final on sale on ebay with listings listed in Cork, Munster, Clare etc etc is nothing short of disgusting. Absolutely raging about it.:mad::mad::mad:

    Wow. Thanks for sharing.

Contrary to popular belief, folks will to do what they want with their tickets. You might not agree, but maybe they see it as a silver lining for the cloud of Saturday last.

I'm sure there were many Leinster fans who did the same thing when Munster beat us in the semi 3 years ago.

Touting is a disgrace in my opinion, anyone not offering at ticket value through forums or leinster Branch is bad form...but...lets tone this down a bit as an attack on Munster

There were tickets from leinster and everywhere else for Ireland games on ebay and available on the street this year

I know Leinster fans who were ready to sell off their tickets to final if leinster lost at Croker.

It happens and it happens everywhere

Yes there are loads alright but there are quite a few on gumtree, buyandsell and donedeal from other parts of the country too. Touts are scum and by tout I mean anyone who makes a profit on a sports fans desperation to support his/her team in a major event. If you are one of these people, don't try and justify it with "market value" bullsh!t. You wouldn't like it done to you if your team was in the final so don't do it to others. What goes around comes around as they say.

Having said all that, I got a ticket yesterday from a genuine rugby supporter in Tipp for face value so there are still supporters with principles left out there not just us auld lads...

It's ok. The hate will dissipate once the OP has secured a ticket :)

The original poster has a ticket! Maybe its just me, but Munster fans have been praised to the hilt over the years, and look now what a good number of them are at? I dont dispute Leinster fans would do the same thing, but at least they are used to being slagged off! They are not held in the same high esteem as Munster fans. Maybe this proves this praise isnt entirely justified? What I can say for certain is that genuine Munster fans, who were involved in the game in the amateur era, would not be involed in such behaviour. The "fans" touting their tickets are 21st century fans obviously....

Ah, so this is just a thinly disguised anti-Munster fan rant then?

There's more than enough of this scheisse going on all the time here without another thread of it.

Touts are bad, agreed, but seriously, lose the hate.
