French toast with a low GI bread like Brugen soy & linseed.
is this a good or bad breakfast option. trying to lose a few pounds.

at the moment i am mainly eating scrambled eggs with brugen low GI soy
    and linseed bread.

and porridge with a bit or honey.

just looking to mix it up a bit so i don't get bored with breakfast.

It's a good option. Heat a non-stick pan and mist with oil or cooking spray. Dip your bread into beaten egg and fry on each side until golden.

Eat either with a sprinkling (literally, less than half a teaspoon) of icing sugar or with lots of black pepper.
