In the case of injury to cyclist and damage to cycle caused by driver negligence, what is the best recourse for the injured party?

    Thanks.

Speak to a solicitor, they are the best people to put you in the right direction.

If you managed to get some photos with you phone that could help your case too.

Some drivers just dont think! I live in athlone and its a nightmare for cyclists. I would say about 10% know how to use the roads properly, and about 60% must have had the indicators removed, nightmare for cyclists.
