Sally turned my stomach the way she pronounced 'breakfast' in that horrible pouty way when she was trying to jump Tim. If I'd been him, I'd have lost my boner instantly.

I think they're using it as an excuse to write him out as part of Tina's leaving storyline. I think he had just renewed his contract when she decided to leave.

Didn't the actors who play Dev and Lloyd get away with taking cocaine? And weren't the videos from years ago?

There's going to be nobody left in the street soon with all these sackings/suspensions recently.

I didn't really think the character was going anywhere so no big loss. Shame he never got decent storylines as he was brilliant in Hollyoaks.

To make light of something like rape is as serious as it gets. He got his just desserts to be honest. I commend ITV.
I do hope Fountain can get work in the future but learns his lesson from his idiocy.

I liked the bit where the lads were going out in town for a few beers and there were a few funny moments, like when one of the lads in the pub said move fatty or words to that affect and Brian said to Steve don't let him talk to you like that:D they should have more scenes like this with the crowd going into town and having fun without the fights and arguments, it started so well and then the fun stopped with the racist stuff again:mad:

Meanwhile, who turned Eileen into a b1tch? All of a sudden she feels unloved and unrespected. This, 3 hours after Paul and Lloyd going out together at her request her. She deserves to be alone with behaviour like that.

I think she's beginning to realise she made a mistake but it's a bit hard for her to back down now in front of Anna. Tim has no cop on, free gaff, horny sexy woman his own age and he can't bring himself to have some basic table manners.

Only person who ever stood up to Owen was Karl, and Owen chickened out of that one pretty quickly.

These soaps are basically glorified pantomines at this stage. Joke acting and joke writing. Missed tonights and i think my IQ is all the better for it at this stage.

Yes they were caught at that, got suspended for it. I mght be wrong but didn't the one who plays Steve also have a drug problem for a while? And craig charles was also remanded in custody a good few years ago accused of rape. He was acquitted in the end, but as far as the reputations of corrie goes there are very few of them who are whiter than white! I'd say even Emily Bishop has a few skeletons in the closet!:)

None of them ever claimed to be whiter than white. They are people. Look down your street, or in your family and you will find people with flaws.

Just catching up with the latest episodes. It's gone from bad to worse in the last couple of weeks after a steady six month descent into pure crap. There isn't a single character who isn't a caricature of who they used to be. Are the writers on drugs? It's really gotten completely silly. They need to pull their socks up or lose masses of viewers. I'm about the only person I now who still watches it when once everybody I knew watched it.

Thoroughly boring character. All he ever seems to do is prop up tina by going:

"Tee, wait..."

"Pint please Tee"

She is amazing looking, and he is a fit young man, they should be having large quantities of sex in imaginative locations. Instead they just skulk around in the pub and whinge about things.

Most of his role for the last few months has been to just stand around looking sheepish when Tina does something daft;
kind of a teenage "I know what she said is wrong but I get to go out with her"
stand in the pub "I am going out with the good looking one"
never get to have a moments fun but I am going out with the good looking one.
Kevin gave him a job valeting cars and shortly after he is a mechanic.

Gone right off Tinas character; despite the looks in reality dont think someone like that could sustain an adult relationship
liked her when she joined first and was feisty but had a good heart; enjoyed when she was with David and then Graham;
now she is a non descript age, never hangs with anyone her own age or god forbid younger, tries to carry weight of the world on her shoulders;



strange as it may seem dont think she will be a big lose the way her character has evolved;
script writers take the easy option and let her head off to blackpool after Tommy rather than a long drawn out exit.

She could come back in a few years as a breezee/bubbly character that has made money and buy Nicks Bistro or the Chippy/Kebab Shop and open up a 3rd boozer on the street! (want Steve to stay in the Rovers!!)

I loved when she was with Graham.

She was grounded and they worked well together.

Was always Anti Tommy frankly but always felt she should be put with less of a looker.

They could well re-cast Tommy.

I'm delighted he was sacked; his video was absolutely disgusting and I know people might say it was done in his spare time but unfortunately, in the nature of his job as a well-known actor with a reputation to maintain, it's not good enough.
