I have been told before that I am everyone's favourite critic of style; I am honest, yet not hurtful. I will tell you the truth and my friends say they value my opinion! So with that in mind, I invite you to present to me any questions you would like to ask my opinion of.

Aren't we lucky to have such an authority on style like you in our midst...............

Style can be a very individual thing-what you and your friends might like other people might hate and vice versa.

Your offer is appreciated but without knowing your personal style it is hard to say whether I would rate your opinion!

I see potential for good here. All too often I've seen the most hedious purchases being openly admired only to hear them being slated later when the purchaser has left the room.
"Yes thats lovely, it will look wonderful with nice jeans"...
...Whispers aside: "Never in a Million years would I be seen in THAT garbage!"

Some people seem to get offended if you ever tell them that you simply don't like their choices. However I think that an honest reply is far more preferable to an outright lie and I would have a lot more respect for the honest reply.

If the OP can critise someones choice and then back that critism up with some solid reasoning and advice then I think that could be a good thing.

+1 for being allowed to tell someone how unapealling you think their purchase/taste/style is.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

Unless the OP is Gok Wan then no thanks, I'll be my own judge!

I totally agree with this. But I would tend to take my advice from people whose judgement I trust. I might very well trust Lady Luck's judgement and love her style if I met her!

I suppose if someone wants a completely impartial viewpoint from someone they don't know (and whose personal style they don't know!) then this could be useful.

Lady Luck there are plenty of threads in this forum asking for advice on various different things. You can give your advice there if it is sought.
