A friend of mine used to use stuff for cows, could have been the same thing. He just told me they use it to rub on cows. Is that what your on about? Its like extreme deep heat except it smells like mint.
He gave me a bottle of it before, for some injury. I think you could get it in a creamery.

Yeah something like that. I could brush my teeth with deep heat, it's brutal.

I basically want to use it as part of my lower back warmup because recently I've been feeling stiff as a post after getting ready to deadlift. I just want to throw everything I can at it.

Apparently when you start to sweat this stuff gets ridiculously hot.

Ya, sounds about right. Can't remember what injury I had, but I made the mistake of putting it on before bed, no chance of getting to sleep. Makes **** of your eyes as well if you don't wash your hands properly afterwards.

Another review of it a guy made bits of another bodypart after not washing his hands before going to the little boys room. I believe he would have made this exact face

my mate uses it on his horse, its almost identical to the thai oil i mentioned, but about 1/10th of the price

My research is throwing up a few doozies.

How about a gallon and a half of cod liver oil for 20 quid.

    Them horses love a bargain.

I did that after rubbing in some deep freeze spray , I spent 5-10 minutes folded over in pain laughing at myself :D

Just wondering if that is fit for human's ??I would think that it is made in the same factory , seeing as it’s the same process needed to make it ,

The address for the first website is only 2 min's up the road from me , I’ll give them a bell either tomorrow or Thursday and see if I can pick some up with out having to pay the €10 delivery fee ( have a bit of a shoulder thing at the moment ) , I’ll let you know if it’s any good or if my shoulder falls off:P

This is all well and good, but does it taste like delicious cookies and cream?

I don't see why it wouldn't be. I mean it's just oil and it's either going to be rancid or ok. If it was rancid you couldn't give it to horses either I suppose.

Reckon I'm gonna order it anyway, it seems to be the best value, even with the delivery fee.

I think worse case scenario you get a few impurities because it’s not human grade , but I cant see that happening if it from the same factory , if you get some let us know how it works out

One time my da gave a cow about a litre of oil cause it had constipation. Luckily I didn't have to stick around afterwards. that liniment sounds like a good idea, my back was hugely stiff for the last two days after deadlifting, a solid 36 hour pump (but not in a good way). Would be nice if this stuff could reduce that, I might as my dad for some when I go home next week.

The name of this is Tiger balm.

how would something like liniment compare on easing niggly back pain compared to standard over the counter stuff like deep heat/freeze etc? I presume it would it give a better kick to loosen the back up? Interesting stuff.

I occasionally use difene gel for my back and it can be very good although it takes a while to kick in, about an hour or so. Unfortunately its not over the counter tho, prescription only, although can be acquired on some online pharmacy sites.

Tiger balms a b1tch to put on.

What I'd love is a linament of some sort that doesn't go creamy and runny after it's been put on. I tried putting deepheat on my knees/elbows before and putting sleeves over them and it so did not work.

be careful kev, this kinda stuff can contain banned (for drug free lifters) substances, something quite similar banned a horse quite recently!

Yeah I'm checking that out. At first glance capsaicin (the ingredient derived from peppers) isn't on the IDFPA banned list.

That horse tested positive for capsaicin, it's banned because it can be put on "sensitive areas" to make them jump higher :pac:

I don't think the same rules apply for humans but I'll definitely make sure before I use it. Capsaicin is also the main ingredient in deep heat and ben gay and stuff like that so I'd be hopeful it's ok.
