Movies and Apple iTunes Store

    Help! how come I cant download any movies onto my iTouch from the Apple iTunes Store? Is it just because I have an Irish Account? Can I download stuff from any other website onto my iTouch?
    All ideas very welcome!

    Yes, it's to do with us being in Ireland.

    Even if you do set up a US account, they check the credit card and where it was issued. So you won't be able to purchase a movie, with your US account and an Irish credit card.

    The Irish iTunes store doesn't have movies on it yet, so you can't download them onto your iPod Touch.

    It can be done if you a have a relative\friend stateside they can buy vouchers scratch and send on the codes you then sign up for an american account using a nice shiny new email address( ie one not used for your irish account) and whamo take advantage of American Itunes prices plus video downloads

    no essentially your setting this up as an american account i think oyu will need to create a fasle address and give a zip code and this account can then only be used on the US store and can only be topped up with american vouchers
