Bottom line is it's over priced , other than that it's a good product

why is it good?? have you used it?

there ave been a few threads on this lately, you might be able to find some more info from them

it tastes great, but apart from that, its just protein - i dont think the whole 6 different types is significant

its also slightly higher in carbs than most powders, if watching carbs is your sort of thing...

It's a protein powder, pretty much if you've tried one you've tried 'em all.

My cons for it: overpriced and a high portion of carbs.
My pros for it: it tastes ****ing incredible, I mean you'd use this stuff as lube if ya really cared for the girl you were with!

Hey Dude, Syntha6 is the dogs bo****. The different blends of proteins act like a time release system so your body has a longer supply of protein whereas with pure whey its in and out of your system in something like 2 hours. Try the strawberry milkshake, :D

Would I be right in saying that the carbs in it would be simple carbs and would be fairly quick releasing? In other words, you wouldn't be at risk of adding bodyfat by taking this stuff late at night?

I was gonna buy this but it has alot of calories per serving.

How come no one buys/talks about/recommends Lean Dessert?
It also has a blend of 6 different proteins, and is for people watching their weight.

Sounds like a bacon double cheeseburger with none of the taste. Fast releasing carbs (bun) blend of different proteins (mayo, beef, cheese, bacon).

look at it from someone who wants to learn about supplements point of view

    a sticky isnt really sufficient

the quicker theres a seperate section the better

everytime theres a thread about a supplement theres always the same responses. half say its good half say its bad. how confusing is that for someone who hasnt a clue?

is there no supplement out there that people can all agree are good/not sh*t?

Vanilla flavour tastes divine but tube is very small, it works out even more expensive than syntha6.

    No.
Because supplements wont make an iota of difference unless you're training and diet is spot-on first and for most people they're just not necessary.
The exception i suppose would be a mixture of whey and glucose directly after a workout when the uptake time is very rapid but this shake you can make from cheap, unflavoured wheya nd glucose from tesco.
The syntha and biotest and maximuscle and all the rest are,in the main, aimed at people who are only starting and believe that these products are a short cut to a super-duper body.
Forget it,overpriced urine or love handles is all most of em will get you.

    degsy...please....
supplements will always help (even ever so slightly) even on a ****e diet and **** training....
the punter buying the supplements would be better training wise and financially to sort out their diets and their training but to say supplements will not improve things "an iota" is misleading.
They will they're just not magic beans.

Firstly magic beans, where can I get them.. :D Seriously I just made a comment on another thread sim to this. Supplements will only work in conjunction with A) Clean diet B) good regular training routine C) alot of people forget this and its so important to both growth and recovery SLEEP.
When someone comes to my store or e-mails me for advice the 1st ? I ask them is "what is the diet like" and I work from there. I have talked people out of buying supplements, sent them off to get the rest sorted then they come back to me for more advice and supplements. Just like building a house, strong foundations first then start lying your blocks.. :D

Throw in a desert spoon of coffee and mix it with a pint of milk, it's pretty damn good.

(I usually go to the gym before work, so it's a nice little coffee hit before work).
