    Hi all,
I go running, but only started in the last few weeks. Anyway today I went off, felt fine, but mid way through the run, I got a MAJOR headache. I came home and nearly got sick it was so bad. WTF could cause this? It was on my left side, and all around me ear, running down my kneck.
Is this like some kind of common jogging thing (dehydration or something?) Is it something I should see doc about.
I also have a history of heart problems. Could this be a factor?

    Thanks in advance :)

Go to a doctor about the heart problems.

Start off walking for five minutes, run for five minutes. Keep this up for an hour if you're able and build up!

Do you mean walk , run, walk, run., etc etc for an hour.
Up till now ive just built it up from 20 min sessions to 35 mins.
    Over 2 weeks.

Yeah that's what I mean. Though you're doing better than you're first post made me believe.

How many KM do ya cover in that 35 minutes?

    And what are your aims/goals?

I just completely realised that I didn't understand your post the first time. I was just leaving for a run myself and I was in a rush!

It might be nothing, but I think the best thing to do is go straight to your doctor!

Yes. As an experience athlete, I would reccomend you see a doctor and get advice before continuing to train. Great to hear you are running and wish you the best with it!!!
