A tool hire shop? - our local one has them.

You can hire/buy water filled steel rollers from hire shop. Heavy duty rollers (concrete/steel) are harder to come by.

Hubby says that our local (Tralee) agri shop has a heavy duty type one that would suit a ride on lawn mower, @ €350-00 not sure if is vat included.
