Hey guys

I have heard lots of good stuff about taking additional digestive enzymes in a tablet to help stop bloating and just to generally improve digestion. Something along the lines of http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Super-Enzymes-Caps-180-Capsules/857?at=0

Has anyone used this, or a similar product that they could recommend? And did you find it of benefit at all, or are they over-rated?
