    Games in Cavan/Monaghan this week (4th-10th)

    This weeks games are:

    Monday 4th- MCCAFFREYS of Redhills (game at 6pm)
    Tuesday 5th- THE FOUR SEASONS, Monaghan Town
    Wednesday 6th- The LOUGH BAWN Hotel, Killeshandra
    Thursday 7th- The WOODBINE, Virginia
    Friday 8th- THE MEADOWVIEW INN, Cavan Town (€50+€10 reg, 1 rebuy or top up for €20, 20 minute blinds, $6k starting stack, $8k top up).

    Sunday 10th: THE GOALPOST, Arva and REDBOYS of Emyvale (both these games start at 6pm)

    All games are €20 rebuys with 2 rebuys max plus a €5 scalp chip unless otherwise stated!
    All games start at 9pm unless otherwise stated.
    In these games the €10 registration fee is only taken from players who rebuy AND top up so if you spend €25 or €45 the tournament is registration free.
    The blinds are 10 minutes long until the top up at which time they go to 20 minutes long.

    1. Who is running the event (HIBERNIAN POKER)
    2. The purpose of the event (commercial)
    3. Date and Location of event. As above
    4. Registration and Start time of event. reg 8:30 start 9pm
    5. Any prerequisites (member of club, which is free)
    6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number (players can pay on the day, maximum number is about 50 each night,
    7. Type of Tournament (NL Hold'em, 2 rebuys or 1 rebuy and top up)
    8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc. €20 (€20 rebuys for 4 x 10 minute levels, 2 rebuys max) there is also a €5 scalp chip fee.
    9. Cost of registration €10 per player included in above price .
    10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund 100%
    11. Any guaranteed prize pool. No
    12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels. 2 for 1st 40 minutes.
    13. Starting Chips $4,000 + $1,000 bonus before 9.15pm (or 6.15 in early start games)
    14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts. Rebuys $6,000, top up $8,000
    15. Blind levels, 10 mins for 1st 4 levels, 20 mins after.

    Last weeks games were a bit erratic numbers wise. We had 19 last Monday in Tullyvin, 27 players on Tuesday in the Four Seasons, 22 players in The Slieve Rossa Cavan town and 29 players on Friday in the Woodford Arms Ballyconnell.
    The Hibernian Poker League final is on Sunday 24th May in The Meadowview Inn Cavan town.

    Best hand: 2 x €20 (2 players had the same best hand)

    Yesterday games were hit by the GAA blitz and the good weather but still produced a couple of great tournaments.

    Redboys of Emyvale had 19 players with €915 in the prize-pool:

    Best Hand: €20
    Scalps €95

    Meanwhile The Goalpost in Arva had 21 players with €1,035 in prize money
