Okay just an idea but i was wondering in light of the boards bi weekly speed sessions and people training for the track would anyone be interested in taking part in an american style distance medley relay to wind down the track season.
The DMR consists of 1200m 400m 800m and a 1600m anchor. Nothing to serious but just to see the spoils of the all them speed sessions over the summer.
If anyone interested leave a comment and between all of us we can hopefully organise something

Sounds like fun, if the teams are even or handicapped based on summer race times.

Between all the summeer race results we can try to sort the team to be as even as possible and handicap it if needs be

Yeah this sounds great and would be a nice way to finish off the summer.

Id definitely be up for it and wouldnt mind what leg I ran although I would prefer not to do the 1200 and I seem to be better at shorter distances. We'll see how the summer goes though:)

Unless the medley involves a marathon leg I doubt that myself or HM would be up for it; I don't know about her but I'm woeful at anything under 10k :(
